Cheese!
We went to our ward's family camp out, except we just went to spend the day instead of camping overnight. It was up Big Cottonwood Canyon. There was a fairly large turnout and it was a lot of fun. Bradley was really excited to put sticks, dirt and rocks in his pail.
Jackson enlisted John to follow him all over while he explored the campsite.
We hiked up to Donut Falls, Bradley's first hike. He did pretty well for his large 38" and walked about half the time.
We made it all the way to the falls, with the help of some of our ward members, passing the kids down the steep parts.
Silly boys, they thought it was so funny to both be sitting on my lap and started doing the usual, teasing each other.
Bradley and me stayed and played in the chilly water while Jackson and John braved there way up to the top; much to my shock and horror. Jackson clung onto peoples backs while they scurried up the waterfall. John assured me that he was completely safe the whole time, but it still makes me shudder to think about it!
Our little family of four, hikers all!
